An efficient industrial hub

Our production plants are located in the Lot (46) near Cahors where all our products and make-up are manufactured.

Two covered sites for more than 8000 square meters composed of :

Two production units with high performance equipment,
Crayssac site for our powder and soap activities,
Caillac site for our cream and lotion activities,
A silk screening unit for packaging,
A conditioning unit for packaging and packing in boxes. - A storage unit of more than 4500 square meters.

Equipement

Our 14 production and conditioning lines designed to produce many galenic forms : lotion, cream, powder, gel, balm, soap... as well as different forms of packaging : bottles, aerosols, tubes, sticks, jars, ampoules, bags, compacts…

Quality

All our processes meet GMP standards that govern the functioning, hygiene and control conditions to guarantee flawless quality to our products. Our QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Security, Environment) service ensures careful monitoring for proper and in-force implementation and carries out checks at every stage of the production processes. This is why a laboratory is in charge of physical-chemical and microbiological control. Our approach is based on constant improvement and on the ISO 9001 standards.

Environnement

Since September 2010, we have been committed in an environmental approach first step to ISO 14000 certification.

Logistics

Our preparation-picking, logistical platform prepares and ships our just-in-time products.
